I'm not gonna watch this because colleen hoover is a mysognistic, romanticizes horrendous acts, toxic behavior, etc, and weaponizes her fanbase to defend her writing... but additionally, her son's also an (alleged) rapist. (For a book and movies main theme to be domestic abuse and more, one would think Hoover is an advocate for survivors of abuse and sexual Assault, it's been stated that she ignored and blocked the victim of her son's actions).
Also because the main characters name is Lily Bloom. Her creativity only knows bounds.
