It was a great movie and fun to watch. This was a great debut for Sza to the big screen and I can’t wait to just see her grow and do more. She has a niche for comedy and you can see her becoming more comfortable to make choices as the movie went on.

I do love the very real portrayal of being queer in the 90s and even now through the character of alexis. I enjoyed the characters and watching the struggles Lisette goes through as she handles her marriage to Chino and raising her kids.
