This is one of the most unique and brilliant pieces I’ve ever seen on racial tension. It was a hard watch at some points, but so necessary. Spike Lee really poured his heart into each character to show the mutualistic destruction caused by racial violence that was undeniably powerful and devastating despite the colorful mis en scene.
