wow

such a simple storyline, yet incredibly beautiful. the animation and colours used were lovely and it was nice and easy to watch. it also perfectly demonstrates the fact that not everything goes to plan, which happens almost right at the start, and also at multiple other points during the film. the drama at the end was almost unnecessary - but that might be unfair of me to say. overall it was a gorgeous film!
a better, more intricate story than the first volume - but more harrowing. despite there being less violence, the grave scene was truly unsettling to watch. this is one of the only films where i’ve felt hatred for a character, with it being Budd on this occasion. nonetheless, Elle fulfilled Gogo’s bad bitch role PROPERLY and i loved the fight scene between her and Beatrix. absolutely worth the watch.
say what you want, it’s a classic
i’m thinking i need to watch this again in order to fully comprehend it. it was horrible but so real and that’s what’s scary😍
one of the best films ever. i’ll never watch it again
