A very powerful movie but not something that resonated with me, a lot of loose ends and stories that I would want to see fleshed out a bit more - this movie could use another hour in various parts. I wonder what happened with Juan or Teresa or the school bullies, what happened to Chiron in prison that made him this way?
An interesting story that I'm sure hits home for many so I see the appeal and appreciate the movie for what it is.
A descension into madness of an international conductor is a story I can always get behind in a film but this one leaves so many unanswered questions. Never introducing Krista or going into detail for many of the side stories happening make the story a bit hollow. It's a fascinating movie, just not one I see myself coming back to
