Not Wanted 1949
Surprisingly sympathetic portrayal of unwanted pregnancy in the postwar era (though I guess the film's sympathy is to be expected, with Ida Lupino involved). Some great filmmaking work with the delivery scene--Lupino's able to convey a mixture of dissociation and panic through rack-focus POV shots as our unwillingly pregnant heroine, Sally, is wheeled in and out of the delivery room.
