A classic meet cute chance encounters rom. Do Amanda and Graham end up together? We don’t know, but that’s probably because they don’t know, either and are seen in the final shot just enjoying the moment for what it is.
Jack blacks character is a “nice guy” pick me
Only pre-2010 movies would have an all star cast in a well acted, obscure rom com like this. “Anyone But You” could never. 2h15m for a rom com is a little crazy though.Translated from by -

The cafe scene makes me cringe but honestly a great rom com perhaps one of the best. Casting, costume, and setting all work together so well for viewing pleasure. Enemies to lovers plot always makes for a compelling story.

This is a romantic movie I can get behind. Actually it’s hardly a romance. It’s a little nuanced, some may see Tom’s or Summer’s side more just which makes for good debate. A feel good movie for sure.

No Country for Old Men 2007
The acting by the lead and supporting are superb. Simply a magnificent film with short and powerful dialogue and themes that are still relevant today. Javier nailed every micro expression and portrayed exactly the type of guy I’d imagine he had intended to portray. One of the few movies I would rewatch. Like the sheriff, we are all coming to terms with the chaos that the world is slowly devolving into.
