This movie made me incredibly happy. I laughed, loved and felt throughout the movie. Brilliant writing and amazing performances.

I loved Divya’s character. I saw her on screen and immediately wanted to be besties with her because she is every other Indian girl I know. Gouri Priya’s acting was excellent, especially when she tells Arun’s mother about their breakup. I almost cried with her.
I liked how from the beginning Arun is shown as a problematic character. I personally didn’t find any moments in the movie where his character was romanticized. But it could just be because…
Movie was quite interesting to watch, having watched Ranjith’s interviews prior to watching the movie. It was fun to see how he tried to bring together history and folklore. For someone not too keen on the techniques of movie making and just interested in the story, I wasn’t disappointed.
The movie did have its flaws. The second half especially felt a little dragged out. But the blouse scene made up for all the flaws imo.
