Band of Brothers 2001
This has to be the best mini-series of all time. I was not ready for how incredibly powerful this show was. This has done a way better job of educating me on what these men went through during WW2 compared to how school tried to. You can remove the actual show and have the interviews at the beginning of an episode alone and it will still remain powerful, it just always reminds me how something that happened a long time…

The Shawshank Redemption 1994
I’m forever speechless. It takes a lot for someone like me to cry and this ending was an absolute tearjerker, I already know a movie is more than amazing when I’m watching it with mom & dad. This gave me hope, this gave me confidence, no wonder why this is the rightest rated film on iMDB. I’m one that doesn’t have many friends and unfortunately always in places surrounded by people who aren’t my people. Considering the fact that things always get better, this movie perfectly represents hopefulness. True friendship, true love, true family will always come when you least expect it.
