  When I saw this musical on Broadway I thought it was ok but that some movies didn’t need to be made into musicals. When I saw this movie I thought it was ok but that some musicals don’t need to be made into movies. This and that Renee Rapp is everything pretty much sums up my thoughts.

  This movie has me conflicted. I did have a really good time watching it since it was beautiful and entertaining. Additionally Emma Stone gave a magical and mesmerizing portrayal of innocence and then growth when faced with the beauty and horror of the world. 

  I liked the direction the movie was going. A lot of the critiques I’ve seen about the film we’re about the idea of Bella’s main form of liberation being sexual. I didn’t mind it at first.…
