Requiem for a Dream 2000
The first half seems like a hell of a movie to watch while you're absolutely baked. The TV show-like nature with split screens and montages, pov changes, and the not so subtle score make it otherworldly stimulating. But then the second half devolves into a surreal anti drug tragedy of horrors, and the not so subtle score starts scratching your brain from the inside, and by the end you'd be terrified for being high in the first place.
