Well Wyler nailed this one.

“I learned the facts of life from watching The Facts of Life! Oh God!“
According to imdb it was shot on 35mm and if that’s true it’s the worst looking 35mm shot film I’ve ever seen. It looked awful. Was shot like someone told them close-up = tension. The main character making out with a girl that looked 14 years old was weird. Am I supposed to care about him because he has a brother with a disability? If so, it didn’t work. Goes off on weird tangents. Odd dialogue, odd story choices, odd scenes, odd script in general. Feels like they shot a first draft or a treatment. I wrote this while watching the movie.
