I've heard people saying this film was beautiful, but as always, I took this with a grain of salt. However, not only was my grain of salt instantly dissolved into oblivion, but this film instantly went into that list of films I would watch if I needed to find myself again.
I have always had a soft spot for Jungian-driven/inspired films that are not afraid to decorate the film with serious symbolism without any explanation. The concept of his chimeras…

They really said tennis with this one, huh? This was such a fun watch. The angles, pacing, time swaps, we really were put in the middle of a match. Honestly the soundtrack is ultimately what made this film for me. Luca is a master of subtlety when it comes to homoerotic tension. Love this for everyone involved. Loved being a tennis ball in that last bit.
