Paper Man 2009
A man child learning how to be held accountable for his actions (and lack of) by traumatizing two incredible women and giving them nothing in return. Hate Richard and everything he did and got away with, love Abby’s character and her story arch. Captain Excellent deserved so much more and Christofer lives in my heart forever. Watched this as a teen and I still think about it at 28, the perspective shift is unreal. Rating 4 for the performances and the symbolism of the imaginary friends. Kieran Culkin I love u.
