While it is nearly impossible to top the 1st movie, Gladiator II is not a bad movie and not the worst sequel to exist. Pretty entertaining although very laughable at times (sharks in the coliseum, really?)... The effects are mostly good but sometimes seem too fake, the actors are amazing, the score is good but can't compete with the original, the editing, pacing and action scenes are good too.
Buuut it suffers of fan service, a lack of real emotions…
