  At the same time, it's amusing, fun, and heart wrenching. The relatability of the characters elicited many emotions in me, but this is the first film that had me on the verge of tears. The film explores the societal and political implications of patriarchy and inequality in society. I could write an entire essay about how great this film is, but no one wants to read a 2000 essay on Letterboxed about a film. To put it simply, BARBIE was a comforting nevertheless fun film to see. I was also joyful every time I recognised a Chanel piece.
