Excellent stupid fun. Knows exactly what it is and doesn’t try to be anything more. As a huge King fan I loved this loose and goofy take on his short story. King has plenty of fun concepts and I hope more of them get a playground like this.

This was an entirely unexpected treat. After being mostly underwhelmed by Kills, this movie surprised me in a very positive way. So my opinion of this movie changed after seeing the subsequent film in the trilogy, but watching it fresh I was a little underwhelmed. I watched the extended cut as it was the only version available to me. I don’t know how it differs from the theatrical release but here we are.
