My rating is only low because I haven’t seen the others… saying that I don’t think this film was for my demographic and there’s nothing wrong with that. Stayed for Leo Woodall and that’s it really.

The Monkey 2025
Thing is the beginning had potential… I like the stand by me-esque narration throughout the movie. But it seemed to focus on gory shock factor rather than an actual cohesive storyline. It was boring therefore I happened to fall asleep and ultimately was disappointed to wake up and it still be playing. 1/2 a star out of 5 for me sorry x

As someone who’s seen it in theatre multiple times, I was super excited to watch. And it did not disappoint. Choreo ATE, singing ATE, Set design ATE. Honestly it was everything I could have imagined and more. The only reason it wasn’t a 5/5 is cos it was LONG AF, couldn’t pee at any part 🤣 Cannot wait to watch again next week lol
