tbh i wanted to like it more than i did. the animatronics were fantastically made and true to form which i thoroughly appreciated. there was a spring lock scene which honestly could have been a lot more gruesome but oh well. as for the story i thought it was pretty underwhelming and a lot more could have happened… especially considering the material they had to work with.
all in all though, i’m glad we FINALLY got the movie after all these years and it’s not bad
