Save the many Hollywoodisms (the cinematography, dialogue and editing) I really enjoyed this biopic. Rich and interesting story and very well acted. Bale is a true chameleon, shame his accent was more general northern than Brummie but Americans probably wouldn’t understand a true Brummie accent. Matt Damon a strong protagonist and overall a solid, entertaining very well paced movie

Probably repeated endlessely but going in I was completely surprised at what this movie was going to be about. I was expecting a slow burn subtle drama and how wrong a preconception this was!
Martin McDonagh doesn't disappoint, this had the witty dense yet charming dialogue birthed…
