  Really disappointed that I didn’t love this. Robert Pattinson is fantastic, as expected, and this has some interesting sci-fi ideas, but even then those ideas are barely explored. Everything in this movie feels so rushed, and there are so many moments that feel like studio decisions, from the “I bet you’re wondering how I got here” opening to the overbearing narration that lasts for way too long. The Trump satire was so overbearing it was almost unwatchable at points. That being said, Mark Ruffalo gives a pretty entertaining performance, but I’m not really sure if it’s intentionally manic and over-the-top, or just bad and confused acting.
