Ugh Kate Winslet is soooo captivating. She might win best actress for this performance I’m obsessed. Also went down a Lee Miller rabbit hole after watching this. This movie is DEVASTATING but beautiful. I thought the scenes with her looking old were kinda fake and distracting but other than that so good. Also sometimes I feel like holocaust//wwII movies can be a little bit exploitative and tone deaf, but I felt that this movie seemed really thoughtful.
