Very unsettling film from the start. Relies on using positive emotions (smiling) to induce fear and creates a very uncomfortable environment. The music is creepy and at times sends shivers down my spine (not kidding). The plot focusing on a psychiatrist who deals with the mentally ill allows for a whole new dimension of uncertainty.
