I think there’s a really good movie buried somewhere in here. I’m not going to say style over substance because I despise that criticism. Film is a visual medium. The style is the substance and the style is impeccable. I love the look of the planet and the creature effects.
I just wish the film focused more on the unique parts and less on the lead stumbling around the spaceship holding her head (Kristen Stewart school of acting).
