Nosferatu 2024
This movie was gorgeous and the acting was generally pretty great but narratively it wasn’t that interesting and I just couldn’t really get drawn in by the plot/emotions/characters. It’s hard for a movie that is so focused on being atmospheric to hit correctly when the supporting elements underperforming make it hard to *feel* the atmosphere. I also wasn’t as scared as I thought I’d be but maybe my expectations were too high. In my opinion, the best part was the first third or so.
