Memoir of a Snail 2024
Watched now with directors commentary. Definitely worth a listen if you love the film. I also watched the brilliant inclusion (to the Blu ray) of the animatic of the film. Sadly it's not listed on letterboxd but is a brilliant inclusion that I wish more films had on their Blu rays. Pleasant surprise. (Animatic on disc 3 of the "Adam Elliot collection clayographys so far."

Super Mario Bros. 1993
Most of my stars go towards the fact that this exists. I was getting entertained by just seeing a full version of a unfinished project. From my memory there isn't much access to versions of movies like this (at least one that's of this scale) so for me it's a real treat to watch. I hope I can find more movies that have edits like this.

I was very surprised to see a lot of good scene concepts but sadly the film just gives up on trying to attempt "pay offs" by trying to be as obvious as possible.
