  Just like our own, the world of Playtime can be very confusing. Made even more so by illusory glass, maze like offices, and confounding technology, but it’s such a fun, joyous place to inhabit with some of the most elaborate jokes and sequences even dreamed up that I can’t help but revisit this movie again and again and again and again and again and again and again.

  Megalopolis is not just a movie, it is an idea. As someone who does not do drugs, I imagine that this is what it feels like. This 138 minutes joy ride is a once in a generation event. This is the empire strikes back of the 20th century. Nothing comes to the level of comedy that this evokes. Go into this movie with good friends. I promise you will laugh, you will cry, and you may even find the love of your life.
