  I think this movie had a good concept and definitely explored Intreasting aspects of human nature but the whole movie felt vanilla. It’s a movie about a prostitute and an alcoholic who find love and, SURPRISE, the prostitute can’t fix the alcoholic, but it doesn’t matter because they enjoyed each others company in the time they spent with each other.   I wasn’t nearly as intrigued with the storyline compared to Chungking Express Everything from the cinematography, editing, acting, and dialogue was still very strong. But I was a bit thrown off by how the movie flowed. Definitely will be rewatching this one soon.

  What a movie. I have a lot of thoughts on this one, but I think I was mostly just intrigued by a little bit of everything in this movie. Both of the stories that are told are captivating in their own rights, but it also helps that the movie has insane cinematography and editing that aids both stories. I thought both of the cop’s motivations and feelings were pretty relatable, but it was interesting seeing how different their stories played out.
