  Probably the most transcendent acting performance I’ve ever seen. Vibrantly nuanced and fascinatingly powerful. Philip Seymour Hoffman I already had considered my favorite actor but this film undeniably set him in that bag. Dan Fitteman’s screenplay is crafted in essence and captures the audience with its grip and atmosphere. It’s an unpopular take but while reading In Cold Blood, I found myself to be more intrigued by how Truman Capote managed to document and gather the information printed on the pages. Only just so happens that there was an ethical, deep and tragic relationship stemming from all the judicial chaos.
