This one was just cute. Stuff happened. Nothing overly tragic or traumatic. (But fuck Kiki for leaving jiji behind)

This one just didn’t do much for me. Hard to go from something as impactful as Grave of the Fireflies to a movie where two kids fuck around and don’t accomplish anything other than smoking some serious drugs.

Fuuuuuck man. That was a phenomenal movie.
Didn’t cry like a little bitch or anything at the end, but for some stupid reason the ending/passing caught me off guard. Glanced up from my phone to see “She didn’t wake up.”
Three movies in and I don’t really expect to watch another ghibli movie that tops this one.
