Suitable Flesh 2023
I feel I was not objective in my previous review of this film.
When I went into the theater I sat down expecting an intricate psychological horror ripe with ambiguity A24 style a-la It Comes At Night.
That was not what this film was. I think my complete lack of synergy between what I was expecting and what I saw lead to my over-the-top reaction.
I realize now that I confused the film not being what I thought it would…
