Great cast and performances, but this movie was a jumbled mess that had no idea what it wanted to say. They explore like 6 different themes, and resolve none of them well.
What really freaking pissed me off is how Nasha is supposed to be the only person who sees Mickey as a human, and not an object to be used only for the benefit of others, and then the second there's two of them she immediately wants to use…
I thought this was a fake Tubi movie honestly. I also just don't buy Miles Teller as a tough guy action star I'm sorry. It was distracting to see Anya Taylor Joy put on a dumb accent and speak English to her Lithuanian father when they're in Lithuania. The plot had potential I guess, but the movie spends too much time having them be a heckin wholesome chungus couple and not enough time exploring the horror aspect of the gorge which would've been cooler. This movie stinks like shit from a butt.
Kinda unrealistic that nobody would tell Benji to fuck off as he constantly makes everything all about himself. Other than that though I liked the juxtaposition between him and neurotic Jew David. Kieran Culkin is great and I liked all the shots of Lublin.
main takeaway: both cousins are literally me and poland seems chill af.

So did they actually just solve tornados? Is that true?
