  Watched to see Santa Rosa in the 1940s! Not a lot has stayed the same. Great film though. Very expressive. Feels restrained in its age in the ending though

  Watched with vianney after work while sharing a half bottle of Cabernet that cost 20 bucks. I’d snuck some pbrs in my jacket pocket but we didn’t drink em. Pretty fucking intense movie. There was only one other guy in the theater and we ended up sitting and talking to him for a half hour after the movie. Apparently his dad worked in the film world, and when I asked what he did he said he was Fellini’s AD. He…
