I definitely liked the book better. I think this movie is much more tangible and more directly explained things to the audience vs the book being more confusing and abstract. The movie also definitely has a lot of 90–00’s visual fx and zooming etc. that dates it a little. I think I just expected this movie to be a little more timeless. I know we were supposed to hate Marla a little but did her hair have to look that bad.
Just realized this was a David Fincher movie. it was better than Alien 3. he’s grown I guess
