Babygirl

Babygirl

Ultimately a fairly tame movie about finding someone to match your freak, be that your boss, your intern, or your spouse.

Speaking of spouses, I actually think this would have been far more interesting if it started off closer to where it ends with Banderas. There are already parallels made clear between Kidman's character and the elder daughter with some implied and explicit understanding between them, but you're telling me that she wouldn't talk about her issues with her husband for 20 years? AND you're telling me that her husband looks like Banderas and has been a theater director of some renown in New York for a not-insignificant part of that time and they haven't explored outside of the vanilla relationship bounds a little bit as a couple? Just a tad unbelievable if you ask me.
