the resident evil cgi movies are usually awful so it’s no surprise death island isn’t any better, but wow, this one really takes the cake. almost impressive to come up with something this soulless and boring given the material they have to work with, honestly. i won’t even bother listing everything i hated, as it’s nearly everything.
the good things: a few amusing action moments (maria vs. leon was probably the most entertaining, followed by jill and leon vs. the lickers), the end credits when it was finally over.
