  nothing could’ve prepared me for this movie.

  naomi scott’s acting was a-tier phenomenal and truly embodied fear and trauma in the best, most realistic way. the jumpscares had great variety and were so well-distributed all throughout; and no matter what i did to prepare myself for a scare, parker finn’s timing and execution never failed. 

  this is one of the few times i can say the sequel outdid the first movie, and THIS is a horror movie that genuinely spooked the shit out of me for a good while. i’m gonna need a bottle of voss.
