I NEED TO MARRY THE CHOREOGRAPHER. This was low key such a stupid movie, BUT LIKE THE GOOD KIND OF STUPID!! I laughed, CRIED (the cat), died, chewed off all my fingernails. And LOVED IT. I want to go watch it again. The freaking dance fight is everything I need in life!!! Also JUST YES. PLEASE GO WATCH THIS. The CGI is a little cringe… but they make up for it dw dw
It was a little hard to follow at times, but I believe that’s simply because I don’t know enough background about Freud and C.S Lewis. However!! They left out so many things I fell in love with that were in the book. HOWEVER!! They executed what they did do so wonderfully. Rachel of course just captivated the audience the second she opened her mouth, and honestly it was all tied together very nicely for a movie coming from a book. Once the memory of the book is more faint I need to watch it again and I’m sure I’ll change my rating to five stars.
