While I cringed every time a lion broke into song and had trouble adjusting to CGI lions conversing, I loved the original story that provides context for The Lion King. Beautiful, lush African landscapes lend the film a surreal beauty.

I Confess 1953
Intriguing in its portrayal of a member of the clergy in a positive light. The film's protagonist is a true person of integrity, operating with a Christlike sense of honour (although this was not the intention of Hitchcock, who wanted to make Monty's character a little more...human).
