i... enjoyed this far more than i thought i would. diabetes-filled but make it musical!

lisan al ghaib!!!!!!! also my first movie on IMAX, what an experience.

I feel I have lost the capacity to cry over a movie, sadly, but this movie tugged at my heartstrings. I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been so attached to this movie since I first saw it in the cinema when I was 6, or if it’s because the stories are truly sad, but my opinion is biased either way.

My favourite pair in the movie is Rahim Razali and Fatimah Abu Bakar. The father and daughter pair, Rashidi Ishak and Erynne Erynna, are a close second <3

Sukaaaa! Watched this with my family.

Realistic depiction of the beliefs in rural areas — the kepercayaan karut, their stereotypes and the way in which they have higher regards for VIPs compared to the people of their own village. The cast list alone was good enough of a reason to watch – Wan Hanafi Su, Soffi Jikan, Azhan Rani are amazing. 

All in all, I would love to see more movies like this!
