I don’t know what was more uncomfortable - the cringey (and over the top) dislikable characters, the utter lack of (and for some reason somewhat revolting) chemistry between Will Ferrell and Reese Witherspoon, or whatever the hell they did to her boobs in all of those super unflattering dresses

I do not understand the high ratings for this. It was painfully slow and boring, and the acting was terrible. It definitely had potential with the premise of the movie, but it was carried out abysmally. I can’t believe I managed to stay awake during the whole thing (but it was a struggle for a bit there). I want everyone who said the new Firestarters movie is terribly boring and slow to watch this, because this definitely takes the cake.…

People giving this one star complaining about the dialogue and similarity to other movies just don’t understand how hilarious this movie is. It’s meant to be a bad horror movie; that’s what makes it funny. You have to stop taking everything so seriously sometimes. This was comedic bad horror movie gold.
