Meticulously detailed animation with a well-deserved Oscar nomination! Directed by Adam Elliot, this movie felt quite similar to his other famous film - Mary and Max, and followed an equally heartbreaking but also inspiring story. This was an overall quite sad movie with a beautifully touching ending.

Loved it! Also cried (a bit). This film felt like a warm hug, and reminded me of the iconic British rom-coms from the early 2000s such as Love Actually. I did not expect much but was pleasantly surprised by the nostalgic undertone and hopeful ending.

Beautiful film! Incredibly nostalgic and breathtaking. It takes you on a trip around the fjords and on a trip back in time. It is very tactile, which felt super intimate when watching on the big screen. Loved every second of it, and would love to see it again. The incredibly long landscape shots made me go into a meditative state of mind, and after leaving the theatre I felt more calm than before.
I am always happy to see European films, and this one did not disappoint!

Absolutely brilliant. It was refreshing to watch a movie based on real people and their greed. About time someone showed the real side of capitalism. I am also beyond proud to see Sebastian and Maria act together, for a Romanian and Bulgarian to be leads in a big movie. Bravo, we need more of this!
