Mostly just here for the Gothic aesthetics, loved the moody dramatic shots like the horses charging across the bridge to the castle and LRD flinging her window open and summoning the beast. Great cinematagraphy and cheekbones.
I would also love to see this film on film: A 35mm situation.
Also I would have liked it in black and white.
