  I’m glad I had the opportunity to watch this movie in Venice during the 79th Film Festival. 

  The Whale is a really harsh but truthful movie, which wonders the goodness and badness of the human kind and it’s relationships with others. 
  It certainly makes you feel disgusted sometimes, but mostly sorrowful and hopeless, trying to wear Charlie’s clothes, which fit you more then you could ever think. 

  Applause to Brendan Fraser for his astonishing performance.

  I don’t wanna sound harsh but I must be sincere and admit that this was probably the worst movie I have ever watched.
  I personally love musicals a lot, which is one of the reasons why I was really excited before it began, except this was not a real musical to me. The songs weren’t real songs but instead Leos Carax decided that almost the entire movie script ( there were probably three spoken dialogues ) had to be sung…
