This film haunts me through my obsession with it and its complete historical inaccuracy. I have watched it many times and each time come away in awe of how its script could be written so tightly, and in iambic pentameter no less, and yet be so flagrantly dismissive of not only actual historical events but also Shakespeare's The Henriad, which it is clearly attempting to be in conversation with!
