  My whole Letterbox seemed to be raving about Porco Rosso, so I had to jump on the hype. This was actually spectacular, the comedy was just so effortless. Howwwww is a cartoon pig the coolest, most charismatic person I’ve ever laid eyes on? Don’t think he ever had his hands out of his pocket or a fag out of his mouth but that just added to the overall cool cunt vibe. His style was immaculate, the man loves a fedora! Also loved the all-female plane building team, yay feminism!!

  The Dark Knight Rises 2012

  Finally completed Chris Nolan’s Batman trilogy and I can confidently say that The Dark Knight is best of the 3 by farrrr. Mainly due to Heath Ledger tbh. Like I said before, not really into superhero films but I enjoy ones with a bit of a darker edge to them like this trilogy, so I’ll give them a pass. Tom Hardy as Bane was so sick though like he is deffo one of the coolest villains, he looked so badass…

  Rewatching cos the internet kinda lost its tits over the Oscar sweep. Like, does Anora really glorify sex work and set back feminism? Or is Twitter just telling you to think that? My opinion remains the same I think this film is absolutely brilliant!!

  Week 4 film club, Max’s choice. The theme was ‘time period’ and the wheel spin landed on 2020s.

  Sick of Myself was a perfect title for this film because I was sick of this bitch 5 minutes in. Never have I EVER witnessed a character so insufferable since Carrie Bradshaw. The minute she pulled that nut allergy stunt I knewwwww I was gonna spend this whole film feeling absolutely fuming. If I was that dog I would’ve mauled her. Simple.
