Another movie that shows men can do whatever they want with women, as long as they are super mysterious, pretty, and artsy. The most important scene was when Sylvie (Elle Fanning) left the train because she realized that it’s nice to be ‘the guy,’ but that she is the ‘plate’ and that it’s not destined to change.

After “Spencer” Larrain presents another tragic portrait of a 20th century woman who was repeatedly misunderstood.

“Music is born out of suffering, joy has never produced a good melody.” (Maria Callas // Angelina Jolie)
A story about how music can be both a trauma and an elixir of life.

Every scene in the movie looked like an Oscar nomination for Angelina Jolie. Played her role ice-cold with so much warmth and vulnerability at the same time

    Amityville: Where the Echo Lives

    - The cover looks so nice but the movie has nothing to do with the style and the aesthetics shown on the cover..
    - Expressions of the actors seem off
    - Why was the guy part of the movie? The role was completely unnecessary
    - The captions showed obvious things - if they would have told the story nice the captions aren’t necessary
    - Too many scenes used for showing the main characters daily routine - they could have used the time to give the movie an actual plot.
    - the many scenes unexplained / not connected (Tarot cards)
