  Yeah the last 30 minutes are what turning 30 felt like as a woman if you were wondering. This is womanhood in its most raw, guttural, and distributing nature. 

   (Also this was the first time I saw someone leave a theater before a movie ended)

  -whispers during movie- I think this is a Caroline Polachek song. -a few minutes later- wait is that Haley Dahl? - a few seconds later- Yo is that Phoebe Bridgers playing herself? -a few minutes later- Yo is this Sloppy Jane for real omg! -a few minutes later- Wait is this King Woman also playing themselves?????? 

  I really felt like that clip of New York from Flavor of Love saying “BEYONCÉ?!” for a solid 25 minutes. Overall this movie felt like a full critique of coming out, self identity, and the passage of time set in a pseudo Buffy the Vampire Slayer world.
