  I’m so sick of women’s naked bodies being a normal storytelling device for male artists. So many view women’s bodies as no more than eye candy for the male gaze, while trying to convince the viewer that it’s for some greater, profound societal commentary. Please leave women’s bodies out of your fucking work.

  Devastating and immensely powerful documentation of life under occupation in Masafer Yatta. The perspective of both Palestinians living through and resisting this occupation, in contrast with that of Yuval who had the freedom to enter and leave the occupation as he wished is so powerful. I’m so grateful that this documentary exists and is bringing light to their struggle for existence. The media did not care to share their stories, so they did so on their own.
