  A diary always needs their girls sad. Bridget always going through it. Poor girl… There is so much care put into Bridget’s world and the production behind it tho. I loved all the little details around the house and the characters of the children. You really feel Mark Darcy’s absence and it makes you feel pretty emotional.

  I’ve never read the book, but I loved how it felt like I was being read to all while watching Barry Jenkins’ vision of the words on screen. It was a beautiful and emotional experience. All book to movie adaptations should be like this!

  i legit wanted to throw up the whole time i was watching this. probably not a good movie to watch if you’re diagnosed with generalized anxiety but it’s just been on my watchlist for so long and i was feeling brave today.

  I finally understand why some people get so crazy when they watch sports. i can also see why sports betting is illegal in some states. I could never gamble but this movie really shows how it’s like a sickness and how tragic it can become… i really thought this movie would be more about the gems…
